These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the rbaje platform. By registering or playing, you agree to abide by them in full.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:
- "Platform" means the rbaje website accessible at rbaje.bar and any associated mobile-browser interface, together with all games, betting markets, and features available thereon.
- "Player" / "You" means any individual who has completed registration on the Platform and holds an active account in their own name.
- "Account" means the unique personal account registered by a Player on the Platform, identified by the Player's registered mobile number and associated password.
- "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account wallet at any given time, expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳), inclusive of any bonus funds subject to applicable wagering requirements.
- "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which use of the Platform is illegal under applicable local law, as determined by rbaje at its sole discretion from time to time.
- "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount a Player must wager, using bonus funds or a combination of real and bonus funds, before any associated winnings may be withdrawn from the Account.
Eligibility and Player Restrictions
To open and maintain an Account with rbaje, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement is strictly enforced. rbaje reserves the right to request government-issued photo identification, a utility bill, or other documentation to verify your age and identity at any time without prior notice.
- You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Registration by corporations, trusts, partnerships, or any other legal entity is not permitted.
- You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether use of the Platform is lawful in your location. rbaje makes no representation that the Platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction.
- You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or family member of an employee of rbaje or any of its software or game providers, where such registration would create a conflict of interest.
- You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at the time of registration and must promptly update your Account details if any information changes.
rbaje takes age verification seriously. Any Account found to have been opened by or used by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the appropriate authorities.
Account Registration and Security
To access the Platform, you must register for a single Account using your personal Bangladesh mobile number. The following rules apply to all Accounts:
- Each player may hold only one Account. Opening multiple Accounts is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in permanent suspension of all related Accounts and forfeiture of all Balances without notice or compensation.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify rbaje support immediately via the email address listed in the footer of this website.
- Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your Account or any Balance to any third party.
- rbaje reserves the right to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage, including at the point of withdrawal. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.
- You must keep your contact details, including your registered mobile number, up to date at all times. rbaje is not responsible for failed communications resulting from outdated contact information on your Account.
rbaje uses SSL encryption across all connections to protect your personal and financial data in transit. However, no online system can guarantee absolute security. You access the Platform at your own risk in respect of matters beyond rbaje's reasonable control.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods
All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals:
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, provided that the deposit method used does not impose its own transaction ceiling.
- Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to technical feasibility. Where this is not possible, rbaje will contact you to arrange an alternative verified method.
- Withdrawals are subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements. Funds that are subject to an active wagering requirement are not available for withdrawal until the requirement has been fully met.
- rbaje does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees or charges independent of rbaje. It is your responsibility to check with your provider.
If rbaje has reasonable grounds to suspect that a deposit or withdrawal is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful conduct, rbaje may withhold the relevant funds and suspend the associated Account pending investigation. rbaje reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
From time to time rbaje may offer bonuses, free spins, deposit matches, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible Players. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time of the offer:
- Bonuses are credited to the Account's bonus wallet. Bonus funds are subject to the stated wagering requirement before any winnings derived from them may be transferred to the real-money wallet and subsequently withdrawn.
- rbaje reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to the bonus being credited to a Player's Account. Once credited, the offer terms in place at the time of crediting apply.
- Bonuses are offered to one Account per player, per household, and per IP address. Any attempt to claim a bonus multiple times using different Accounts, devices, or identities constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
- Winnings generated from free spins are subject to the wagering requirement applicable to that specific promotion. The maximum amount that may be withdrawn from free spin winnings may be capped as stated in the offer details.
- rbaje reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any decision made by rbaje in relation to a bonus dispute is final and binding.
Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of automated software, coordinated play across multiple Accounts, or exploitation of system errors to gain an unfair advantage, will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all related funds.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree that while using the Platform you will not engage in any of the following conduct. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities:
- Using the Platform for any fraudulent purpose, including the use of stolen payment credentials, false identity documents, or misrepresentation of your personal details.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to access, place bets on, or interact with the Platform in a manner not available to or intended for human Players.
- Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or artificially inflate winnings.
- Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in any game or Platform feature for financial gain. Any winnings arising from a known or exploited technical error are not valid and may be reversed without notice.
- Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any financial transaction that is illegal under applicable law, including but not limited to proceeds from criminal activity.
- Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the normal operation of the Platform or the experience of other Players, including but not limited to denial-of-service attacks or transmission of malicious code.
rbaje employs fraud detection systems that monitor Platform activity continuously. Players identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will be notified by email where practicable prior to Account closure, unless doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation.
Responsible Gaming
rbaje is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. The following tools and policies are in place to support Players:
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings. Once a limit is set and confirmed, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before the increase is applied.
- Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request self-exclusion for a period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted by email to the address listed in the footer of this website.
- Reality Checks: Players may enable session time reminders that notify them of the duration of their current gaming session at configurable intervals.
- Age Verification: rbaje will not knowingly permit any person under the age of 21 to register or use the Platform. Where rbaje identifies or suspects underage use, the Account will be immediately suspended pending verification.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rbaje's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall be limited as follows:
- rbaje shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if rbaje has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- rbaje's total aggregate liability to you for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- rbaje is not liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, payment processor failures, force majeure events, government action, or third-party software failures.
- Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude rbaje's liability for death or personal injury caused by rbaje's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, graphics, images, text, logos, trade marks, game content supplied by third-party providers, and the overall presentation and arrangement of the Platform, is owned by or licensed to rbaje and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform without rbaje's prior written consent.
Account Suspension and Termination
rbaje may suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice depending on the circumstances, in any of the following situations:
- You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct provisions, the one-account rule, or the age eligibility requirement.
- rbaje is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, court order, or instruction from a competent authority.
- You have voluntarily requested Account closure. In this case, any real-money Balance remaining in your Account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your last used payment method within a reasonable processing period.
Amendments to These Terms
rbaje reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material, rbaje will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated Terms & Conditions on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
If you do not agree with any amended Terms & Conditions, you must stop using the Platform immediately and, if you wish, request Account closure by contacting support via the email address in the footer. Continued use of the Platform after amended Terms & Conditions have been published constitutes your acceptance without reservation.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. rbaje will use its best efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute raised by a Player in good faith and in a timely manner. Players who wish to raise a complaint should contact the rbaje support team in the first instance via the email address displayed in the footer of this website, providing full details of the issue. rbaje aims to acknowledge complaints within 24 hours of receipt and to provide a substantive response within 5 Business Days.
